How we collect and use your personal information

Personal information refers to all kinds of information recorded electronically or by other means that can identify the identity of a particular natural person or reflect the activities of a particular natural person independently or in combination with other information. AnyVue only collects information about you for use in the following situations. After authorizing login to Google, we save your Google nickname locally for displaying your account information. We reapply from Goolge after every period of time has expired.

You are fully aware that we have the right to collect and use your personal information without your authorized consent in the following circumstances.

1. Related to national security, national defense security.

2. Related to public safety, public health, and significant public interest.

3. Related to crime investigation, prosecution, trial and execution of judgments, etc.

4. For the protection of the life, property and other significant legitimate rights and interests of the subject of personal information or other individuals but it is difficult to obtain the consent of the person.

5. The personal information collected is disclosed to the public by the subject of the personal information himself/herself.

6. The personal information collected from the legitimate public disclosure of your personal information, such as legitimate news reports, government information disclosure and other channels.

7. Necessary to enter into a contract at your request.

8. Necessary for maintaining the safe and stable operation of the products and/or services provided, such as the discovery and disposal of product and/or service failures.

9. Necessary for legitimate press coverage.

10. Necessary for academic research institutions to conduct statistical or academic research in the public interest and to de-identify the personal information contained in the results when providing the results of academic research or descriptions to the public.
